What is this from?

Some are real blown out and it's just a man's face talking in most pictures...
 
its just my mail man jo some stuff idid off him delivering mail lol i just wanted some crituq ill post some more up which one did u like best bballplaya ?
 
I'd say you need to learn how to write in a more mature way before you can expect some more serious replies.
 
I would agree that those are way too blown out...unless you are making the next war of the worlds.
 
Id have to say I like the second one the best as his face has proper exposure though his skin tones are a little reddish. If you could post the full frame grabs it might be easier to see where the image needs work as its hard to tell from these pics although in general exposure is a problem.

What does a person's background have to do with anything? Everyone here knows how to read and write English. I don't care how you butcher the language when talking to your 'peeps,' when you want to be taken seriously in a forum like this, it helps to not have decipher what you type.

As for the grabs...
They are fantastic, yo! I really feel the frustration on m'man's face! He's thinkin' "Who the hell is dis shovin' dis camera in my mother f**kin' face, yo!"

The second one is definitley the best. It looks the most professional, and it has the least amount of blown highlights. With CC many times less really is more, I mean your audience shouldn't be distracted by it, as they probably would if you made everything green or if all whites were blown out.

The pictures of Joe look a little washed out or creamy, if that makes any sense. I took a shot at one of them. Of course, this may not be what you're looking for (yours first, then mine):

i liked that blaine what did u do to correct it and make it less washed out ?? it looked goodo nly thing was i was gonna keep the yellowishness kinda sunny miami look i was having there u know
