I believe it will have at least one, probably two XLR inputs, so I'd wager yes (though of course this comes with the caveat that no official specs are announced...)
Now whether you class an XLR input with attached mic as in-built... well, even the small DV camera these days allow for mic shoes to attach XLR packages. I doubt that the Red would have a tiny onboard mic of the sort you find on a $500 consumer handycam, if that is what you mean. There would be no point in the environments it is likely to be used in. What you'll probably find is a shoe or attachment to hold a standard 48V XLR type microphone, so you can add the level of quality you feel necessary without being limited by Red's choice, if there were to be one.
