I've been looking forward to it, but now it doesn't seem to matter. I don't know why anyone that has a DVX would even consider an XL-2 with the pro version of the FX-1 coming. It may have 24P and if it doesn't then I'm confident that Panasonic will step to the plate with their first HD prosumer. It's an exciting time and everything's changing. Out here in LA, the DVX is king in the reality genre and I can't see them switching over to XL-2 (cost, weight, lack of wide) Anyway my Sunday morning rants, oh, and where's that comparison?
