So long wait... No more hope to hack GH2 High compression?

Getting sick of this horrible blocked noise inthe shadows... Then i guess there is also not much hope to have a better color profil one day too isn'it?

Long wait? I think it's going pretty quick all. I'm pretty confident there WILL be a GH2 hack after the latest updates from Vitality. It just takes time, which should be totally worth it.
 
Going pretty quick? I have probably missed something here because in the last 6 months, i haven't seen any single one out..?
 
Um...it is going pretty quick if I must say so myself. In regards to the hack....it's not about "if" but "when" according to Vitaliy. He is just one man...be patient.
 
i am pretty sure if someone paid him a handsome wad of cash to quit his job and hack for a living it would progress much faster =) that reminds me, gotta buy lotto ticket tonight

If you had a wad cash, why would you waste your time on paying someone to hack a $500 camera when you can go out and buy a $50 000 camera? :P

I would easily give Vitaliy a HUGE wad, maybe 2-3x what I paid for my AF100, if he could do what Juan at Reel-Stream did with the DVX100 to my AF100.

Don't know about that. I looked into it a few months back. I know a lot of the right people that could make this happen, the problem is the techniques and patents Juan used were sold so it just can't be done the same way legally for a profit. The circuit board he used is widely sold and can be programed to do almost anything.

If he pay someone to hack to make that $500 work the best a lots of people will benefit including you too. But if he just be for himself and put 50,000 on a camera then this forum doesn't exist and people like tester13 wouldn't have contribute his time to share his knowlege with the world
