thanks guys! that was the look i was going for, a bit over saturated, bright colors on the rider, it was the best i could do with the overcast conditions, yes that was liberty...i went up on monday.

of course i can but that would decrease the wideness, its not much, but it doesnt really bother me sooo....

I think the footage looks nice, but honestly, I'm just a bit tired of the fisheye for riding/extreme sport stuff. It just makes it look like all the other snowboard footage out there. I'd love to see more extreme close-up/detail shots rather than the cliché super-wide fisheye stuff.

yea, i completely agree. the only reason i had the fisheye on my camera for 98% of the shots, was for the sheer fact that my bag was locked up in a locker at the bottom of the mountain, and i didnt have any lens caps for the lens. i was not about to put a bare lens in my pocket or on the side of the mountain...i am deffinately going to get more versatile with my shots, i brought my dolly and steadicam with me, but never got around to using them :(

Good to hear. I've got the fisheye for my HPX-170, and I'm always tempted to play around with it. But the times it really works are when you don't really expect to see it. So post more stuff. The footage looks nice to me. I like the desat.

thats awesome man, i feel like, if i have the fisheye, i might as well get some use out of it, so thats why i didnt really mind it too much. its always fun to mess around with it. im deffinately going to post more stuff, there is a competition this saturday at the mountain, maybe ill film that. but thanks for the kind words.

hahah nice! liberty is by far the best resort for park riding. @fox: i just use MPC and its like alt v or something to get screen grabs, or you can just go into after effects and save frame as.
