snap on / snap off camera strap for GH1?

Does anyone know of a strap I can buy for my GH1 instead of the one that comes with the GH1 in the box? It takes a while to strap it to the camera, and I'm looking for a strap I can quickly snap on and snap off.

The reason is that I have a steadicam Merlin so I have to take the camera strap off when I calibrate the GH1 to the Merlin.

When I'm done using the Merlin, I'd like to have a camera strap I just snap on and off to the GH1 without having to take minutes to thread the strap through the GH1's strap hooks.

Tamrac or OptiUSA has the quick release next strap with some neoprene and it works well for me. I was afraid that it might break loose with the clip on design but it seems to be very sturdy and comfy.

I'm not gonna take risks so I went and bought a black rapid strap, which attaches via a d ring screwed into your tripod mount and a small sturdy clip.
However since you are using the Merlin, you would have to unscrew the Black Rapid strap everytime. But it's easier to do than threading into the rivets.
You can also make an even simpler strap of the same design, Black Rapid sells the clip and Dring seperately. I'm making one out of a climbing flat strap, and some camping equipment clips and stoppers for backpack straps. Simple.
