Slow P2 card ingest times

Currently I am ingesting my 32g cards into my MacPro desktop through the P2 store.
This is dreadfully slow, around 5 min. per gig. I don't have the ability to upload to a laptop via the PCMCIA slot. What is the fastest way for my current set-up? I can spend money to make this work, so I'm open to all ideas.
 
USB will be slower than PCMCIA, but that sounds kinda slow even for that.

PCMCIA will give you about 2 gigs per minute or so.

Not sure what to tell you there. Some MAC users do use a cheap pc laptop for offloading, or an older mac book with a pcmcia slot. You can pick up a PC laptop for 400-500 bucks that'll do the job nicely. Just dump to an external drive plugged into the laptop.

Only suggestion I can think of at the moment. I'm not a MAC user, so I'm not really qualified to give advice. I dont' think there are any pcmcia cards you can get for a mac right now unfortunately... but maybe something has come out recently that I haven't heard about.

Try dragging the LASTCLIP.TXT file over by itself first, and them copy the CONTENTS folder.
