Slow-Motion Lip Sync?

I'm about to shoot a similar music video, and we're using the Canon 7D at 60pfs. I plan on conforming the clips to 23.98 in Cinema Tools. How fast should I adjust the song to for on-set playback?
 
easy to do. just speed up the song to 250% in fcp. then apply the "AU pitch" plugin and set the pitch to -1600. this will bring the pitch back down to normal and get rid of the chipmunk effect. export and done.
