I used to film using sony pd150, and when you used to put a really slow shutter speed, everything becomes slow and and blurry, it was a nice effect,
sorry I couldn't find any good videos of what I mean, but i think the beggining of this vid is the closest
Anyways I can't seem to achieve the same with canon 7d,
