Slow Mo Help

I have shot clips at 720-60p used Neo Scene to render and it stayed 60p. I opened up in AE and made a Comp of 24fps, then I put clip into the comp and it plays in slow motion. Now when I render its not slow motion anymore. Sorry for my dense head but what am I missing.

It plays slow in AE because AE doesnt have a realtime engine. You will need extra hardware for that ect.
I believe the purpose for that is to focus on frames as it is a fx and compositng app. But I could be wrong.
In premiere import the clip in 24p or 30p timeline and slow it down with 41.8 or 50 % for 30ptimeline. right click and remove frameblending.
Playback .....and render it as a 24 /30p clip.

The good thing about 60p is the extra whole frames per second. SO when you slow it down in your NLE you will have a smoother playback then with 24p slowed down.
This is because the extra frames are already there and your NLE doesn't have to make up/ interpolate new /fake frames.
Imagine if the HMC 150 could record 90p 120p .
Boy wouldn't that be as sloOOow as my grandparents.

I know it can be done in AE as well I just need the info. If not then I will purchase other software. Thanks for the directions for premiere, I may go that route
