I don't know what you experience is with the Kessler sliders or which one you're referring to but my cineslider and belt is super smooth. No issues what so ever.
My experience is as stated: I work on at a rental house. So I see the use and abuse of them all the time. I have used the pocket (it is so short it is pointless), the 3' and 5'. They have to travel a lot and always perform. I have seen all the abuse and damage you can do to them. The rods are the easiest thing to damage on them behind those threads. We have had to replace a few sets of the rods. It adds up.
Personally I say the Dana Dolly. Same price, built like a tank, and when you get a better/heavier setup than the FS700 with better lenses it will still work. Only drawback is it is a bit more cumbersome (this is why A/C's and PA's were invented haha). If you don't get a Dana Dolly (which i can understand) I would go Kessler. We have tested others and usually I'm just unimpressed. The Kessler will work if you take care of it. Also I like your motorized setup. I have done numerous things with the Cinedrive and it is perfect. Using a motor with the Kessler is great. By hand is where it can be touchy.
