Needs to be edited down, perhaps to ether 1:00, or 0:30... guy walking just doesn't add excitement to 'demand' a viewing... I'd advise watching with no sound, to see if the imagery 'locks hold on you'...
(Don't know if the contest had requirements of time... but it seems you could do better with cutting in more 'action', or some suspense building 'slow mo', or even voice over with 'black screen'...).
