Skate video - House skatepark, Sheffield

[BenMarshall]

An hour at the House skatepark in Sheffield. Filmed at 60p with 1/125 shutter at f1.8. Graded in FCP. AE and Twixtor for the slow-motion bits.

Nice. Grade was pretty simple and I'd have been tempted to make it a bit darker personally, but overall I really liked a lot of the shots you were getting.

Plus, I love the park!

This is good work. Pretty smooth but a couple of the cuts were kind of jarring.

At the risk of sounding cantankerous, you should be aware that wearing helmets would not detract one iota from this video's appeal.

Nicely done.

[Calomile]

Try telling that to the skaters though.

I have a 60" Sony Led and just wondering why this video here http://www.vimeo.com/6136728 is allot more crisp and detailed than yours. This was shot with a Gh1 by the way. maybe the pulldown codec?

the GH-1 in general is way sharper than the t2i, any of the canons for that matter.
