Single chip FS700 vs 3 Chip ENG for Chroma key?

How does a large sensor camera such as FS700 fare against smaller 3 chip cameras when it comes to pulling green screen keys?

We use the FS700 alot for greenscreen work WITH the Odyssey and it is excellent! However, without the Odyssey (internal AVCHD) is horrible for greenscreen- aliasing and high contrast artifacts make it very tough for quality green screen work.

Thank you adaptation and roro20. I suspected with the Odyseey that it would be good. Thank you for the confirmation. I am glad to hear that. :)
I should have explained my original question better. Given the same Codec such as AVCHD, a 3 chip camera should have an advantage in color, but since it has a disadvantage in sensor size and DOF it could end up inferior over all.
I expect the AVCHD codec would be a weak link.

So to pose another question: If both cameras had a better codec (such as Prores or something with 4:2:2 color) , is the large sensor camera still much better?

No, there is no inherent adavantage of a large sensor camera for keying. I've had similar results using a 3-chip 1/2 inch Sony EX1 and a full frame A7s. This is with using an external recorder with both cameras. Both have problems with ringing around the edge of the subject. Frankly, for high quality keying, the size of the sensor isn't the issue. The real issue is what sort of internal process the camera is doing to the picture. In this regard, the Blackmagic cameras are the best. They produce an exceptionally clean edge when keying.
