GH4 Single black video frame on spanned clips?

I shot an hour of continuous footage on my GH4 today. Shot at 4k (3840x2160, not C4K. 23.98).
Used a Transcend 64gb R95 (w60mb/s), this one: http://bhpho.to/1o46DtL

I laid the clips out in a FCP 7 timeline and on some of the cuts there's a single black video frame on the tail of the outgoing clip. Out of 10 clips, the first 5 have a black frame at the end. The audio is continuous for the entire hour, even on the clips that have the black frame. What's up with this? Is it due to the card not being fast enough? Has anyone else experienced this?

Any insight appreciated.

Thanks.

What file wrapper are you using? If you are recording MTS files you need to copy the entire folder structure to your hard drive otherwise you can get black frames on spanned clips. Not sure in FCP, but in Premiere the issue is resolved when the complete folder structure is retained.

I also found one black from when I shot about 45 minutes of broke up filming. Not a bid deal to fix - didn't affect the flow at all - but it is something to think of
