Simple tripod?

I've just purchased a Canon 60D, a handful of projectors and a few grand worth of software to do a visual project at a show coming up. I've got a few lenses and other accessories costed out to the tune of $1500 and am reaching the limit on what I can spend on this upcoming project.

Looking for a recommendation on an inexpensive tripod kit or head & legs separately (from B&H specifically) that I won't regret 6 months from now, but won't break the bank. I need it specifically for shooting some outdoor video footage (nature/wildlife), nothing incredibly fancy. I honestly would go for something under $50 for now just to get some work done but don't really want to risk the threaded heads that will unscrew as I change camera positions (and hence drop the camera off the tripod) and so on.

So...up to $200 is probably a reasonable range. I realize this isn't going to get me anything I'll use for heavy shooting a year from now, or even probably give me smooth pans in HD etc...but I only need the tripod for these outdoor shots and have to spread the budget around a bit to cover not just the rest of the gear I need for the 60D but a few projector screens and some intelligent lighting as well (DMX stuff.)

Recommendations? It would be helpful probably if it was a product that B&H has in stock...

Thanks jambredz, that seems like it'll at least get me over the initial hump here (until I can upgrade or invest in a proper rig for everything!)

I have the Provista as well and I love it! Also, I found out that if I take off the tripod head, it doubles as a pretty functional shoulder brace thanks to the double panhandles! Not bad for 200 bucks.
