Simple? P2 Workflow

I am assuming this is a no brainer. I have a simple problem.

MAC - os 10.4.10
FCP - 5.4.10
HVX + 16gb P2 Card

Step 1) I plug my camera into the computer via firewire...I turn on my camera, put it in p2, switch it to MCR and then:

Step 2) I fire up FCP (camera is recognized)
Step 3) I go to FILE - IMPORT - PANASONIC P2
Step 4) Import Window shows up with NO CLIPS.

I have installed the driver updates contained in: pcdriver_macintel (AJ-PCD20 & P2PCCard Install)

Why are my clips not showing up?

I have searched the postings here and have not seen anything....

you need to hold the mcr button down for 2 seconds until it shifts from mcr into pc mode.
You may also want to double check that the pc mode for the camera is set to 1394 rather than USB.
