Silly focus assist question...

Will my HMC output data and focus assist via it's HDMI output?

I know it's a silly question for an HMC151 owner but I don't have an HDMI cable with me and I'm planning on getting a manhattan LCD screen for my camera.
 
That's a shame, the focus assist can be really helpful no matter how much your Monitor is sharp.
Do you know if the manhatten LCD has zoom in capabilities? (can zoom in on a portion of the picture to validate focus).
 
Panasonic should make this an option: to display or not focus assist over HDMI/component/composite. Same with its consumer cams: focus assist is not displayed over composite. A shame, I agree.

A new Marshall monitor has color peaking.
