GH2 Sigma 30/1.4 vs Canon 28/1.8 -- Anyone?

I am pretty sure I have the canon 28/1.8 for the 5D, but I haven't been able to try it on the GH2.

Anyone use either of these lenses on the GH2 (Hacked or non)?

I've used the 30/1.4 a lot, but again on the 7D, only.

My issue with the 28/T2.1 Zeiss Standard Speed Prime is that it blooms wide open, and I feel like I'll be reaching for that focal length second to most when I shoot, the first probably a 20/T2.1. In lieu of that, might need to find a better option than the 28/T2.1 for interior shooting.

Any footage would be appreciated.
 
I had a Sigma 30mm f1.4 in legacy Four Thirds mount and found it more useful than my Canon FD 28mm f2. The Sigma auto-focuses on the GH2, though it's not very quick about it. Manual focus works fine, but the ring doesn't have hard focus stops. The lens barrel is fixed length, though, and it has barely any focus breathing. Where it disappoints a bit is its softness at f1.4, but you probably noticed that on the 7D. The Canon 28mm flared more at f2 than the Sigma at f1.4, which was the main thing I did not like about the FD.

Flaring is a horrid thing on the GH2. I love it on larger format cameras, but it does too much to the image after compression to really embrace it.

Sounds like I'll have to reach for a Sigma 30mm.

Might not be an option for you Kholi, but the Rokinon/samyang everyone talks about. Matthew Duclos tested it and found the actual focal length to be correct at 30mm when compared to a 35mm Zeiss ZF. http://matthewduclos.wordpress.com/2011/09/14/35mm-f1-4-showdown/

The 30/1.4 is much better than the canon one.
Use that one
