Will this work for the 7d and if so is it a good buy?

Its a nice lense but depending on the use you want it for,if you do alot of macro type photos (flowers,butterflies close range people pics,etc0it will be great. If you need it for video wide shots i would say pass on this one and maybe look into a tokina or something..my 2 cents

i actually made a thread about this lens on another forum and had positive reviews on it
especiially since it was from amazon, only 900 bucks!
unless you can tell me where to buy a cheaper one xD
