I'd say that you should stick to 1/60 for both whenever possible to avoid potential MOS banding from fluorescents or other ballasted light sources.

Click to expand... i dont understand is there a setting to choose live hd in the ac160. i just got my ac160 on thursday so i have a ways to go just learning the basics of the camera
