I love to grab photos from dance show video to use in a montage. I just finished 2 dance shows, one with a shutter speed of 60 and the other with a shutter speed of 100. The picture grabs from the 100 are less blurry\grainy.
Anyone that shoots dance would you use even higher number such as 120?
