Shutter speed for 720 60p??

I was watching the Philipe Bloom video and he says to shoot high speed 720 60p at 120 shutter speed.

This makes sense, but when I look at the video it can look steppy. Not sure if I'm imagining it.

Do any of you guys shoot 720 60p with just the regular 60 shutter speed? I did that a while back and if my memory serves me correct, it looked a bit smoother.

Is there any reason I should not shoot 720 60p at 60 shutter speed?

200-250 , lower shutter speeds look like ugly muddy shi*.Too blurry. You probaby converting it to 30p ,or maybe youre not talking about 60p to 30p ? If not then use any shutter speed you want and choose how much motion blur you like.I dont like lower than 200,i like clean slowmotion results.
People are telling that 120 is ok for 60p but in interlaced cam shutter was probably a 60 when it was 60i ,two fields in one and two times more motion blur because 2 frames were in one,im not sure what results you like,60p looks like cheap video on almost any shutter speed because it looks like its speeded up a bit compared to 25p for example.

If you want it to look like film-style slow-mo, use 1/120. If you're shooting 60p for the "live video" look, use 1/60th.
