Show your rigs

I understand that the more expensive one's and genuinely more expensive because they WORK. But it cost me $10 bucks and I have about 6 cheap one's that work, so I thought, why not...

Jean What kind of case or bag are you using to carry this beast around in???
I don't have a case to carry this setup assembled. I don't use this configuration everytime. These parts are pretty versatile so I often use a simpler rig. For now I am carrying the camera and every disassembled part of this kit in a Pelican 1600 case (minus my lenses, matte box, filters and follow focus which are stored in theire own pelican case). It's pretty easy and fast to put together all the pieces so it's not usually a problem.

But I plan to try to find a soft padded bag big enough to accomodate this complete rig in the future, when I have to travel between locations often.

Yeah the small Pelicases work like a charm. I have the smaller 1510 and it holds the entire fs100 kit, the 16mm, the wide angle, a seen G3 112 kit, a Rode lav in its box, a Senn HD25-1 II and a lens support bracket.
Once you find out how to lego the pieces together, you don't need too much space. The best thing is that the 1510 is approved for cabin travel.

updated my rig

Here's my Lanparte (LPT) and shoot35 shoulder Rig. Most of the time I just slide my FS100 out and use it on a tripod though.

photo4.jpgHere she is cased. Check out the monitor at top of photo. Tight fit is the right fit!
I'll take her out and show some more ASAP.

That's a Versa-Flex. It's huge, hard to carry. I got it for a TV series in remote locations and just got addicted to it as a mobile camera
dept, but it;s not for all shoots or all shooters either. It's bullet proof tho. 12 years and like new. Ask for Larry, tell him Caleb sent ya.
Hand made in USA and it's quality kit.

versa 1081.jpgAn iphone snap- i put the built FS100 on top for size. that is a 4x5 matte box with 2 foot rails. It's the fatboy deluxe case but i needed big - I'm sure Larry makes all sizes. 216 631 0666.
