Ok so I have something like this -

It shakes too much for me so I was looking to get a better shoulder pad/mount that can fit with this set up. Can anyone recommend a steady shoulder pad that will work with something like this? I will have an external monitor on top of it to add some weight. I just don't know if i should get something totally new or try and add onto this setup.
