Should I still be using Cineform?

Hello,

I've just upgraded to CS5 on my pc and the footage from the 5DmkII and the T2i runs great in Premiere without using cineform first... my question is: is there still an advantage to using cineform? what is that advantage?

thanks!!!

cineform is dead to me since cs5 came out.
you wont get more color banding using the native movs either, probably less than going through one conversion process. An adobe rep has said cs5 automatically interprets all footage in to 32bit color space.

Thanks! That will save a lot of time...

i have upgraded to cs5 with prem and ae...I also upgraded from prospect..I use a 9800gt gpu (using the gpusniffer hack).
I love cs5s flexibility in using native footage realtime and was thinking..why did i buy neohd?
the only footage i cant run smoothly(although it does still edit but not at a true 25fps) is 1080p full rez..then i stuck the 7d files through neohd and wow!
lightning...neohd also makes a good "master" file as im sure even though premieres maths is 32bit it must do some harm dropping the files back to a format meant only for capture.

if that makes any sense
