Should I get the "JVC GZ HD7" or the "Canon HG10" ?

Wish one is better overall, quility is the most important thing to me,

I heard that the HV20 is really good...(but i really dont want to mess with tapes)

Im looking to do seriers videos, like short film and music videos... but for now my budger is were these 2 are at right now so I need to chose between these 2,

Also I have an HP Enterteinment Laptop and thats were I do my editing.

That site will tell you everything you need to know. It's pretty handy. HD7 doesn't have a headphones jack, so this shouldn't be a very difficult decision.

still what do you people think is the best one ? from experience

The HG10 (which is essentially the same as av HV20, save for the data storage method) is better, as it has better low light performance and the all-important headphones jack. I don't know this from experience, but I'd trust a reputable site that's done testing on it.
