Should I change my tape for XHA1 - help!

Just bought the XHA1 and have shot only 2 mins of tape
Problem is I used the free Canon tape (HDVM-E63PR) rather than starting the pack of Sony ME DVM63 tapes
Just read in another post that its recommended to stick to one type of tape and if you must clean the heads
My question is can I change to the Sonys without cleaning the heads as I've only used the tape for 2 mins (I did however leave the tape in the camcorder for a couple of days)
Any help much appreciated

i got mine with canon tape, tested the camera on that tape too! now I use TDK tapes ever since one year ago.
 
I used the cannon tape then changed to dvm63's used about 30 of them with no probs, just cleaned the heads the other day as a precaution

Can someone confirm if the Sonys are still wet lube? Canon recommend a dry lube tape.

going to do some more research on this and find out if you're right Noel before I use the Sonys
If anyone knows anymore details about dry and wet lube tapes please post
