I have a Canon 1D MKIV and a couple 7D's, and for sound I use a Zoom H4n, that I mount on my rig behind the camera. I've been jerry-rigging my Sennheiser 418 to use as a mounted shotgun mic but I'm getting tired of doing it.
Does anyone here have any idea where I can buy a mic mount that will fit onto the camera shoe? I'm not looking for the Rode that plugs into the camera. I just need the mount so I can use my Sennheiser and plug it into the Zoom H4n.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
