Shotgun Mic Holder on camera

I just bought a Rode NTG-1 shotgun for my DVX100 and I am using the mic holder that came with the camera. With it completely tightened down, the shotgun can easily slide right out (holder is not the same diameter). Is there a universal holder that would work for the shotgun mic and also fits onto the camera as well?
 
Try rubber banding a thin piece of foam around the part of your mike that sits in the DVX holder,
that should make it fit ok.
