Get rid of the white letterboxing. The white bands above and below the video content are "light traps" that draw the eye there instead of to your content (I had to frequently force my attention back to your video), and also diminish the tonal value of the content.
You have very good B&W image tones that will show off better, much better with black letterboxing.
Hadn't occurred to me but I agree with Bruce on the letterbox. Also I notice a very sharp jitter in most of the shots. I don't know if this is in-camera IS or something you did in post, but to me it looks worse than the usual wobble of human hands.
