Weddings is usually my game but occasionally I like to make a film for me.

Shot in the moutains north of Ro de Janeiro.

I think I probably over-graded it but comments welcome as it's something different for me. Thanks

Thanks, I tried to maintain ISO 850 most of the time but there was still more noise in the Prores than the AVCHD (as to be expected) I ran it through Neat Video 'Remove half of noise' profile. The amount I graded it wouldn't have had decent results with the AVCHD.
 
Beautiful grade, beautiful shots. Can I ask why you shot in Wide DR if you knew you were going to push the grade?
 
Thanks Hearnia, I have never experimented with the log profile and to be honest it didn't occur to me! Next time around I certainly will though.
 
Great shots. Makes me want to visit Brazil.

How do you like the Voigtlander 40mm 2.0 lens with the C100?
 
Thanks Terry. I love the Voigtlander with the C100, very sharp and I find matches with the Sigma 186-35 1.8 well. The Voigtlander is great for travel as well due to its size. It can be slightly awkward focusing at first due to it's size but nothing you don't get used to after a few minutes. Another thing I found was not all rear lens caps tighten sufficiently when stowing the lens so I keep it with the one it came with rather than mixing it with others.
