C100: Short Film comp C100

My brothers and I recently entered a short film competition here in the UK and it got shortlisted for the final. We shot it on a variety of lenses but mostly the Tokina 11-16, Canon Ef-s 17-55 and a Canon 100mm macro. We recorded onto a Ninja Blade but the HD corrupted on the 2nd day, which was frustrating. Instead of mixing footage we just went with the C100 codec instead. It's a little more unforgiving but still looks great.

Anyway, the film is up against two others where the prize is to win a minimum £20,000 budget to make a feature film in the next year. I know that's not much in film making terms but we're pretty resourceful and think we could raise more.

I hate begging for votes but it'd be really nice to win. So sorry about that. In all honesty, the whole 'popularity contest' thing is a bit s*%tty and we didn't know it'd be decided like this when we entered. To be honest, most people hate us so we were screwed from the start

Anyway, if you like the film, all you need to do is visit this page and push the like button under the post -http://bit.ly/votehubert. We are currently in 2nd place, about 100 votes behind, so we need a few more over the next month. Literally a couple of mouse clicks and you're done. No signing up or any of that crap.

Thanks ever so much in advance to anyone that helps. You can view the short film here. It's PG and quite fun despite being in a 'horror' competition.

Hate to poo-poo on people's work, but yeah, this is far better than the one that's winning. Nicely done.
