Shot on a Canon Rebel T2i with a Canon efs 17-55 mm 2.8 IS, using a Jag35 fieldrunner and a Dfocus follow focus.

I'd recommend not relying on a camera-mount or internal mic when using IS on a lens (or ever, really), as the sound from the IS motors is quite distracting.
