shooting with out the lens

I forget if it actually lets you record without the lens on. The only things you have to watch out for is damaging the CCDs by either over exposure or damaging the area that is in front of the camera that protects the CCDs (not really the CCD but can still be smudged or get dust on.) you are basically just gonna record blobs of color.
