Shooting towards a light

I'm shooting a music video tomorrow night, I wanted to grab some shots silhouetting members of the band, shooting them in front of some 1k studio lights with softboxes on.

My question is; will it risk damage to the 7D's censor if I point the camera pretty much straight into a powerful light like this for 2 -3 minute periods?
