Im trying to replicate the rock music video look where the artist is going slow but still saying the lyrics on time. If I shoot in 60i what percentage do i need to speed my music up to and can someone suggest a program to do such a thing? Will adobe audtion or cooledit pro work?
Shooting in 60p with a t2i and need to sync it with lyrics of a song?

I'm assuming you mean 60p, and not 60i in the post.
Might want to take some test shots with these numbers, but my math gave me the following:
If you want it at 24p, you'll need to speed it up 250%.
If you want it at 30p, you'll need to speed it up 200%.
I haven't used any of those programs, but Premiere and FCP will both do it under the speed options (right click on the audio file).
