T2i Shooting at 1/48 on 550D. Possible?

I've got the most recent Magic Lantern on my 550D and I record at 1/48, or so it tells me, but when I go into view mode and look at the properties of the clip it still says it was recorded at 1/50...
is that something ML hasn't managed to bypass or am I just doing something wrong?

You're not going to notice the difference between 1/48 vs 1/50.... Just relax and bring whatever project you are doing to life.

Actually, shutter times are rounded for easy display. What Canon calls "1/50" is indeed 1/48 seconds. Magic Lantern will show "1/48" on screen, and it will be exactly just as fast.
