Shooting Aerial - Helicopter

I have been lucky enough that a pilot friend is donating some time flying in the air for a documentary I am working on which requires some aerial shots. I want to be sure I get the best footage with my DVX100B during flight and wonder how people address camera stabilization for this type of shooting. Any tips on this one?

If you don't have a proper Wascam or Tyler Mount, then Gyros are your only other 'safe' option.

Seach for "shooting helicopter" and you will find lots of discussion on this subject.
