Shipping method from B&H

I honestly don't know where to post this, can someone tell me where I should?

Anyways, I can't wait much longer. I need to buy a lens for my T2i ASAP.
I need it by next weekend.

Which?
UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-4 Business Days)- *$29.50
UPS Worldwide Saver (1-2 Business Days Delivery) - *$35.25
International Express Mail (2-3 Days Delivery) - $50.75

I ordered once from UPS, and they charge customes fees.
I would go with them as they are cheaper than the Inter. Express. But, I don't know if their 'fees' will make it more expensive or not. How do I know how much I will be charged? Bec. if its more than the Inter. Express, I might as well go with them.

But, I never heard of them, are they good, do they charge anything?

if you're shipping to Canada, get the UPS worldwide saver. It will actually come in 1-2 days, provided you are home to accept delivery. Also, you won't have to pay duties, etc. but you will have to pay GST.

I always steer clear of UPS and EMS when I have stuff sent to Israel because they both seem to catch Customs' attention. Why are you saying UPS Worldwide Saver will avoid duties?

The OP's best bet, imo, is to have it sent to a friend in the U.S. who will then remove all of the new packaging and send it registered but uninsured via USPS. Before it is sent, obtain the serial number in order to add it to your insurance policy. That way, it will be covered during shipping but you won't need to include its value with the paperwork.

that sounds like a terrible idea, actually. it increases shipping time, and likely increases the costs as well.

UPS Worldwide doesn't avoid duties. You don't pay duties on camera gear purchased from the US (generally...). What you avoid by using the Worldwide saver is BROKERAGE. If you get the cheapest shipping method, I have read that you will have to pay additional brokerage of about $20.

Shipping within the States is either free or roughly $10-15 for a lens from B&H. Shipping uninsured and registered USPS to Canada will be about $10, depending on the weight. Increased cost? No; however, I forgot about NAFTA.

No friend is US, and no time!
I need this by Wednesday of next week the LATEST.

On the link I posted in the first post, it says (fee), no charges for customs. As thegoldfi said. Because I will ship with Worldwide Saver, if I choose UPS.
