Hey guys,
So i finally got an SGpro rev.3 a few weeks back. This is one of the first sessions i've had with it.

Shot on a DVX100B, PAL, No CC with a Nikon 50mm 1.8.
I'm shooting a wedding in that church next week so i was just seeing if shooting with the SGpro was a viable option. I realise the footage is a bit rough and shanky as i didn't have my DVRIg support + i didn't have a flip unit so the LCD showed the footage upsidedown & back to front. It was also a ***** to focus.
I ordered an IKAN 8000HDe from B&H which arrived this morning and i've just had a go on it. It flips the image vertically & horizontally and makes it 100 times easier to frame stuff, focus, and follow objects now the footage is the right way up.
I'm still worried that i haven't set the SGpro up correctly and that i'm doing something wrong because the image seems quite soft to me and very grainy in areas compared to some of the stuff i've seen from DVX/SGpro owners. Any ideas?
Do you reckon i should just go back to stock lense for the wedding or have a go with the SGpro/DVrigPro/Ikan8000 option?
