Only shot I didn´t find impressive enough for a reel was the red flower, I suppose you´re in Brasil (or Portugal) and I think you can get a lot better nature shots (eg like the opening one...)
Also the DivX compression holds up very well !
What are your settings and how did you convert your footage?
I´m still testing the DivX export out of FCP, but am not yet fully satisfied...
But Stage6 offers the best open access plattform for high quality media at the moment and I wanne start using it...
 
I recognized the actres, her first name is Fernanda but can't remember her last name, I've seen some of her work.

i am from Brazil, lot of difficulties here, money is short for profissional equipments.

My lens is a 50 mm nikon 1.4 (this is awsome, very, very sharp)
(sometimes i use a 1/2 black pro mist to make more softness in closeup)

and a 28mm nokon 2.8 (this lens is some softness)

the way i did the convert is editing with canopus edius, i convert to mpg
and then i convert to divx through divx converter.

i feel some loss in the convert, and over saturate my colors.
 
another problem with the divx that it´s looks like it messed up
with my framerates
originaly is 23.976 and it´s is more fluid in the mpg than in the dvix
with canopus edius i think mpg is the best methos to distribute videos.
i try lot of quicktime formats and the encoder desaturated the images a lot.
 
the steadicam is glidecam 4000 with some arm and vest made in Brazil
the unique shot with steadicam is the kiss
made with 60 fps and shutter 1/24 and run a lot to get that bluriness in the background hehehe
 
hehe i love that shot running...
it´s make only with some cheap lights
that´s light´s are very directional, add some cheap smoke and you get that effect
it´s beatiful to make that light appear in the edge of the objects from behind.
 
the lens with steadicam is the original lens hvx200
i don´t have money to buy a remote follow focus

the lens shot with the sgpro is
50mm nikon 1.4 (amazing sharpness)
Use this with a black pro mist 1/2 and you got amazing results.

28mm 2.8 nikon (soft, i don´t like very much)
 
My wife is from Brazil and I'm planing on getting a job at Rede Globo. One of the actors from a show called Sinha Moca is a good friend of mine, he didn't have a big part in it , he was one of the slaves.

there is a internet agency that request me to film some footages of she.
Don´t know, how, but i think enter in Rede Globo is quite a difficult to make.
they are very closed. i don´t know any cameras that work in rede globo
