Hi Mr Coffee, I got one junk 50mm and I just bought a new 50mm which should be here on Tuesday. I did stick the SGpro on the Z7 for abit and even with the dodgy old lens it looked pin sharp. Il know more when the new lens comes.

Looks great. I've found that the quality is best with 3 second, then more blocky after that 6,9 etc. Defo usable as SD footage.

With shutter at around 400+ and slowed down another 50% in post can look super fresh, 8 times slower than realtime, need lots of light tho.

Please tell us something about that footage. What lenses? Camera? (your 170 right?) Shutter?

Just messing around, hope you don't mind that I took the liberty to grade it a bit and resized it down to see what it would look like. It is hard to resist when people post full resolution footy, thanks!

This is obviously your 170, right? The original was real contrasty, it didn't have a very wide histogram. All I did was add a little curves to it and then stretched it with the contrast and brightness to use most of the NTSC range. I tried to keep the dark eye in there a bit.

The 170+Blade will make one HELLUVA combo! But the Blade seems so sharp that I would love to see what it looks like a sharper camera, like the EX3 going out of the SDI or something else with a bigger sensor.

Hi Wayne, I'm curious if the Blade has anything to help prevent it from spinning while it is on the camera. For example, the Letus has a hole in the bottom that screws it to the support clamp underneath. This keeps the whole setup solid and make it so the adapter can't go loose on the camera and have the edge shows up.
 
Infact the final blade attaches to the rod support with two thumb screws so there is no chance of it rotating.

actually that video wasn't ment for people to see....

its a VERY soft wmv. the whole file is like 50 megs or some way to little bandwidth to show off the blades power.

I'm having a smalll issue with my blade. ( an accident.... :( )

when its up and running again I will do a thorough review.
