Well, you got the sharpness issue resolved, and good depth of field, but please, put that rig on a stiffer tripod. The camera shake on the demo clip distracts from what is otherwise interesting material.
with DVX if possible, but XL2 will do, cause the two cameras are pretty close to each other.
A well lit resolution chart/color chart, you know, Just for kicks. haha.
A very brief written description of handheld, + the footage. ( was it very uncomfortable to use, what was hard to do etc..)
Bright colors. Like a bright red painted wall, a McDonalds Playplace, ie Bright yellow, bright red, bright green.... all in the same frame, to see how it handles the various colors.
Also, when you compress it, try not to compress it too small. even if its a big file. we all have at least DSL and dont mind waiting, or, you can do what you did that one time, and include a short 10 second Uncorrected piece of DV of some of the scenes.
Hi timur, you must let me check it out when you get it.
Whats the price on this? I have been researching a lot on other 35 adapters and never saw this one. I was set on the G35 but it would be nice to have something on rails.
When ı get back to NY in march, we will meet up so you can see the Adapter.
its puttıng out some nıce ımages. i cant waıt to try ıt out!
not to mentıon its half the prıce of a g35, and it comes WITH rails....
one thing i wonder is how much light it loses. it doesnt seem like it loses too much. i only say that because of the nıght scene with the FX1, it was able to see the guys face and the lit cigarette. that means its probably pretty good. as well as the DVX scene with the PDA. that looked lıke normal ındoor lightıng maybe with all the house lights on, it seemed to be doıng pretty well.
but im just nit picking. For the perfromance and the prıce, you cant ask for more.
