What do ya'll shoot at to import into ppro cs4 ? 2:3 or 2:3:3:2.

Also, what settings do you use in premiere to import? I find that when I export the video, it looks way worse then when imported. I read somewhere that deinterlacing messes up half the resolution...

2:3 is best if you want to export to film, 2:3:3:2 for every other application.
