Hi,

am just wondering that, in what format should I render the video from Premiere Pro if I want it to play in HMC150?

Are there any Specific Settings?

Are you attempting to record to the SDHC card out of premiere?

Or copy to the SDHC card because there is no firewire in the 150.

I mean just to put a Video File in "Stream" folder that is readable to HMC150 cam.

I know it sounds funny, but I just want to know if its possible.

It would be interesting to know if this is possible as sometimes it would be nice to be able to hook up to a HDTV and show a full res cut without needing blueray.

I don't think there is an easy way to do this...

Recently, I've playing back my HD footage on my tv directly using my xbox 360. Connect360 works like a dream and is great for this sort of thing.

It isn't exactly what the poster is looking for, but I highly suggest investing $175 in a SlingCatcher. Edit your AVCHD footage, export using a blu-ray preset, put the file on a hard drive, or thumbdrive and connect it to the SlingCatcher. The Catcher is connected to your HDTV via HDMI. Voila, HD playback on your HD television, just like your client would see.

You can use a Western Digital TV player, WDTV... also has HDMI and RCA, and can play almost anything you put in.
I play my camera files with that, just put the card in a usb reader and plug to the WDTV player. I also plays many more formats

It's only like $99 at bestbuy  that's how i play my Same Day Edits "SDE's" for weddings.

I so love that I read this thread... the WDTV is JUST what I have been looking for to preview MTS files on my TV. I've been driving myself nuts trying to burn blu-ray discs or AVCHD disks, only to have my blu-ray players reject them for one reason or another. I just ordered the WDTV from amazon.com. Too bad it won't be here for Xmas Day, but I'll have plenty of video to watch on it when it does arrive...

Does anyone use the "Live" version of WDTV with the network capability? I was thinking of picking one up. I know there are firmware hacks for the original WDTV that allow networking too.
