Service pack number???

Hey guys

Just attempting to register my HMC150 for its 3 year warranty...

Cant find the service pack number and pack code? I havnt got my manual with me right now, but is it in there?

I see a serial number, and there is another number in brackets.

Is this a service pack number or a pack code?

Gotta say its not particulary clear...

Nope neither of these numbers are correct, they are too long.

Im sure it must explain this in the manual...has anyone got theirs to hand? I have left mine at my other home

hmmm that's strange.. been a while but I remember just needing a serial number to register.

Same thing happened to me when i was sent a replacement for one that was faulty out of the box. The numbers should be on a piece of card, about postcard thickness, amongst the other literature that comes in the box. I rang the people who I got the replacement camera from (Holdan, UK suppliers) and they gave me the numbers over the phone.

I registered mine about a week ago. The number can be found under the viewfinder. In my case the cardboard packing box also had a white label with the serial number on it.

Curiously, I needed only the serial number for registration. Mine is of the form BxTDAxxxx, where the x's are numbers.

It's on the box as anindya49 stated. White label printed on the outside of the actual camera box.

I had to email to Panasonic Broadcast to get my numbers.
Can´t find the adress right now but I found it somewhere in all the documentation that came with the camera.
