I have Edius Broadcast V4.01 (not the trial), and the AVI files can be drag-and-dropped right into the timeline.Barry_Green said:I don't use Premiere Pro 2, so... hmm, I'll have to try it and see if it works with Edius.<snip>
Barry_Green said:Just tried out the clips DVC Rack generates. I can drag 'n' drop the .AVI files and the Apple QT files right onto the timeline in EDIUS Broadcast, it works exactly like you'd expect.
Because of this, I'm confident that the QT files will drag 'n' drop straight onto the timeline in FCP.
None of the files worked in Vegas (as I expected). So presumably they wouldn't work in Premiere Pro either. I don't know if Serious Magic plans on making any sort of Raylight or CineForm-aware version?

Shouldn't be too much longer...
Yes. Horizontal and/or Vertical -- your choice.BigMike said:DV Rack is looking like a must have, but what I'm wondering is: Can you flip the image for M2 users?

THoff said:You can rename a clip by clicking on its name in the DVR recorder window. The new name will also become the base name for all subsequent clips, i.e. if you rename the clip to "My Masterpiece", DVC Rack will use that as the base name for the next recording as well, and append a numeric suffix to make it unique.
Don't forget to eject a clip before trying to do anything with it in another program.
