Serious Angenieux Glass here! Is it usable?

So my friend has invited me over to hack his old GH1, and casually my eyes fall on a pristine Baulieu R16 Special Zoom camera, outfitted with a badass piece of french glass.
Do you recon it can be adapted to the GH1??

Thank you for your opinion,

Paul

That's the ancient Angenieux 12-120. Not all that good a lens. Not the worst, but not the best. It would probably vignette horribly on the GH1.

But you could put it on there. The R16 is a c-mount camera, and that lens looks like it's c-mount, so get a c-mount->m43 lens adapter and slap it on there.

Thank you all...
Yes I did tell my friend that it would be virtually unusable below 20mm - we were just wondering if the usual C-mount adaptor would work.
His stuff has a very "garage" (to use a music genre metaphor) in style... he isn't looking to shoot National Geographic quality footage.

Ciao
Paul
