I've successfully sold and bought several times on craigs and never needed a "piece". The public eye is better then a gun.

i posted my hvx200 on craigslist, i didn't have time to post a photo because i was rushing that day, i even noted that there was a small defect with the cam.
i got a response asking if my listing price was final and if i had more than one to sell? i mentioned the price was final and i only had one to sell. i said "cash only" in case it was one of those automated spam things where they try to pay with those fake money orders.
the guy's next reply was this:
this SOUNDS legit, however i was a little surprised somebody would be willing to make a purchase without seeing an authentic photo of the item, or proof of how many hours that was on it (i listed there's only about 200 hours) but maybe that's just me?
so does this look like one of the many scams out there? is there anyway to get screwed by someone paying you through paypal? if he lives out of state why would i have to ship it internationally & does that even matter?
Can you do better on amazon than ebay? I've generally used Ebay, but am always up for trying new sites.I sold a few things on craigslist but there are scammers but they're usually easy to spot.
I'd recommend setting yourself up as an Amazon.com seller. You have to pay a comission but you can move stuff faster. I sold my DVX100, DVC30 and HV20 there.
